Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the The Timber Studio website and to any quote or work carried out by THE TIMBER STUDIO (PTY) LTD.

Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins only once a written quote has been accepted.

Workmanship

We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our work. Any workmanship concern raised within a reasonable period after completion will be addressed.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your written quote and agreed before work starts.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
